HOPEMAN Candy – Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Warm Weather & Perishable Products

Because HOPEMAN Candy sells perishable candy, please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly. We are not responsible for candy that melts or is damaged after delivery if left outside for extended periods.

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at hopemancandy@synergycollab.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
