HOPEMAN Candy - Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Because HOPEMAN Candy products are perishable food items, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.

That said, we always want you to be happy with your order. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hopemancandy@synergycollab.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right, either by replacing the items or issuing a refund.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with photos. We’ll review the case and provide a solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or consumed candy

  • Perishable goods (all food products)

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you on a replacement order instead.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
